Late policy
We understand that there are circumstances that prevent on-time arrivals. If you are running late to an appointment, please call the spa so that we may make every effort to accommodate you. We may require to reschedule to the next available opening that will allow us to accommodate a partial appointment if a client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.
Cancelation Policy
If a client is unable to make it to their appointment, then we ask that clients do call ahead of time to inform us that you will not be able to make the appointment. This is so we can continue to provide excellent service to other clients, as cancellations impact us significantly.
Quality Guarantee
Kingsview Nails & Spa provides a three-day guarantee period on any and all services; you may return to the salon for any repairs done free of charge! However, it is at our discretion, so if we feel that the breakdown was not caused by error in application, chemistry error, or exceeding normal wear, you will be charged for the repair service.
If there are any additional repairs required that is outside of the three-day time period, the repair service will be subjected to an additional charge.
Nail Fix Policy
There may be external factors that may cause you to experience issues with your nails such as broken or chipped nails. It is our pleasure to cover up to two nails within seven days. For outside of regularly scheduled maintenance appointments, we reserve the right to charge $5 for each damaged nail.
Refunds
No refunds are provided by Kingsview Nails & Spa for any purchased service(s) and/or gift certificates. If there is an issue with gift certificates or a recently performed service, please contact to discuss in further details!
